    50 Gram Paneer (cooked), chopped

    100 Gram Carrot

    100 Gram Beans

    100 Gram Peas

    2 Small Elaichi
  • Image
    2 Cardamoms
  • Image
    1 Cinnamon
  • Image
    3 Bay leaves
  • Image
    2 Tbsp Cumin seeds
  • Image
    1/2 Tbsp Chilli powder
  • Image
    1/4 Tbsp Turmeric

    To taste Salt

Method
  • Image
    Heat the ghee and lightly saute all vegetables
  • Image
    Add paneer and saute.
  • Image
    In a separate pan, saute all spices.
  • Image
    Add drained rice and fry for 3 minutes.

    Add sauteed vegetables and water.
  • Image
    Cover and cook until done.

    Garnish with coriander leaves.
